qollector_interpret is a small program to interpret raw qollector log
files into xml-like data.  

It takes no options, but reads the raw qollector log on stdin and
writes it on stdout.

It is binary-only, but I've compiled it for several popular
architectures.  If you would like to use it on a different
architecture, please email me.  If I can cross-compile your desired
architecture from Linux, I will add it to my compile system.

My testing is mostly done with the Linux-i386 platform, but I will try
to support all platforms.  Until we get a bug tracker up, you may
email bugs directly to me.
